At DOROSE you can choose between different payment options:
At DOROSE, we place great importance on providing our customers with a convenient and secure payment experience . Therefore, we offer a variety of payment options.
We currently accept PayPal, Klarna, and credit cards as payment methods. We do not accept orders by phone.
PayPal is one of the most popular payment methods for online purchases. You can link either your PayPal balance or a credit card to your PayPal account for convenient and secure payments.
If you use PayPal , you also benefit from the buyer protection program , which offers you additional security when shopping.
You pay Klarna only after receiving your goods. Payment is due within 14 days.
If you've placed multiple orders with us in quick succession, please transfer the amount for each order. This way, we can avoid overlaps and your payment not being overlooked.
If you have already paid but return the goods to us, the amount paid will be transferred back to your Klarna bank account upon receipt of the returned goods.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, that's no problem either. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment methods. You can use your credit card securely and conveniently to complete your order.
*Unfortunately, credit card payments are currently only supported in Germany. We recommend using PayPal or Klarna as your payment method. We will add more payment options in the future.
