Returns

1. Return conditions

  1. Return period : You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.
  2. Item condition :
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with original DOROSE packaging and all tags.
    • Altered or worn items are not returnable.
  3. Non-returnable items :
    • Gift vouchers and personalized goods (e.g. engraved items).
    • Exception : Personalized items can be returned if they are defective or due to manufacturing errors.
  4. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be determined by the express company you choose.
    If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons and the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

2. Shipping costs for returns

  • Non-defective items : You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Within Germany: approx. €4.50 to €7.00
    • Austria to Germany: approx. €9.00 to €15.00
    • Please contact the shipping provider for exact prices .
  • Defective items or errors : Contact our customer service ( contact@dorose.de ) – we will cover the costs.

3. Return process

  1. Preparation :
    • Find the order confirmation in your email, take a screenshot, and mark the affected item SKUs with an “×.”
  2. Shipment :
    • Choose a shipping service provider and send the goods to our warehouse in Germany

    • We recommend using the original box for return shipping. Products should be packaged in the correct SKU bags .
  3. Proof :
    • Send us the shipping receipt or tracking number. Please retain all documentation until your refund is processed.

4. Refund period

  • With proof of shipment: Within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
  • Without proof: Up to 20 working days.
  • Delays may occur during discount campaigns .

5. Exchange

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the item and reorder for a refund.
  • Ring resizing : Contact our service after return for an exclusive discount.

6. Order cancellation

  • Deadline : Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering at contact@dorose.de .
  • After shipping, you must arrange for the return yourself.

7. Important information

  1. Delivery problems : We assume no liability for incorrect information (e.g. incorrect address or refused acceptance).
  2. Shipment tracking : You can check the status of your return yourself using the tracking number.
  3. Corrections : If your order data is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
